“And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayer and
requests. With this in mind be alert, and always keep on praying for all the
saints.” Ephesians 6:18
At Good Shepherd we have two prayer
chains: the Phone Prayer Chain and the Email Prayer Chain.
Phone Prayer Chain
The pastor or church secretary will begin the prayer chain by calling the
first person on the list and sharing the prayer request. You take time to
pray, and then the chain continues with each person calling the person after
them (and calling the next person on the list if they are unable to reach
the person immediately following them).
Email Prayer Chain
When you receive a prayer chain email you can stop and pray for the prayer
request right where you are, and continue to lift up the request throughout
your day. Pastor Miho or the church secretary Darlene will start the
email prayer chain.
We are looking for additional people with a heart for prayer to be a part of
the prayer chain. If you are a member of Good Shepherd and are interested in
being a part of one or both of the prayer chains please contact Pastor
